Orlando is one of the top tourist destinations in the world, and navigating our theme parks can be more challenging than it seems! Luckily, we are experts. While there may be thousands of Disney and Universal tips and tricks online, only we have trusted first-hand experience.
Having a Stone Vacation Services tour guide means you can avoid the stress of deciding where to go, what to do, and when to do it. Every hour of your tour will be strategically planned by us.
Our team continually evolves our methods based on daily encounters in the park. We develop our strategy by closely evaluating crowd patterns, Disney’s and Universal’s changing safety procedures, opening times, extra hours, and transportation options. Many factors play a role in optimizing your family’s time in the theme parks that may not cross your mind – and that’s what we’re here for.
*Please note, that Hagrid’s Motorbike Adventure is not included in the tour of Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. We are not a front-of-the-line service. By returning your reservation form, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to our terms.
Tickets and the Universal Express pass must be purchased, for each guest, for all Universal tours.

Gratuity for your personal tour guide is not included in the rate for groups of up to 8. This can be added at the end of the tour when the guide charges your card or can be done with cash. We always recommend the standard 20% hospitality gratuity rate. An additional 20% automatic gratuity will be added to parties of 9 or more.
Just ask! We can always add hours to your tour after the 6-hour minimum is met. (Typically, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are both covered in the same day taking 6-8 hours to complete. The two parks can be split upon request.) These totals are a flat fee that include taxes and all vacation planning fees and services incurred prior and during your tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy and ask that you please request to cancel in writing. Parties that do not cancel within 48 hours will be charged 4 tour hours.
