Visitors from all over flock to the parks, making them super crowded. With constant changes and system updates, navigating and planning your day can be a challenge. “Where do I go first?” can be a tricky question.

But worry not! Stone Vacation Services is here to help. Our park specialists will handle the setup, planning, and direction, allowing your family to enjoy the rides and attractions without constantly checking the Disney App.

Our Virtual Park Specialist starts organizing at 7:00 am, creating a perfect 6-hour experience. When you arrive, you can feel confident knowing you have your very own planner with you every step of the way.

It all begins with an introductory phone call where we gather your details and answer any questions you have. We’ll provide all the information and discuss recommendations tailored just for you.

Next, we send you a reservation form and an attraction guide plan so you can explore the rides and shows each park has to offer.

Once everything is corroborated, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, and we’ll start crafting your enchanting plan.

We can also assist with dining recommendations, stroller rentals, and private transportation, ensuring every visit detail is perfect.

Two days before your virtual tour, our Park Specialist will reach out to your family for a friendly introduction and to accommodate any last-minute changes. If you have any questions before then, feel free to contact our office – we’re here to help!

At midnight on your virtual tour day, our Park Specialist will purchase the Genie Plus using the guest’s credit card on file. Starting at 7:00 am, they will set up the initial passes on the guest’s Genie app account.

As soon as you arrive at the park, the Park Specialist will begin real-time communication via text messages, guiding you on where to go and when. They will also send pictures and maps to help you navigate.

When you arrive at an attraction, the Park Specialist will let you know when to scan your pass. While you enjoy the ride, they’ll secure the next pass for you. Once you’re done, simply inform them, and they’ll direct you to your next adventure for the next six hours.

Our park specialist, who is well-versed in the parks, can also assist with snack spots, restrooms, wheelchairs, scooters, first aid locations, water fountains, and dining.

They can even make quick service orders so your meals are ready when you’re hungry.

  • Guest can download them to their “wallet” on their phone.
  • Magic Bands: If the guest is staying at selected Disney Resorts, they have their tickets for their bands provided by the hotel.
  • Physical Tickets: The guest can choose this option and just pick them up at the parks on the day of.

Here is where the guest will find their complete agenda and plans, including dining reservations, Resort Hotel bookings, and other magical activities.

The new paid-to-ride system lets guests access rides faster and is required for each guest on the Virtual Tour. With Genie, our Park Specialist can book passes for all your favorite attractions. All passes will be booked based on availability, making your visit as magical as possible!

  • Each of the four parks has high-tier rides that aren’t included with Genie+. Individual Lightning Lane selections are purchased by the Park Specialist on your behalf each morning of the tour. For Disney Resort guests, reservations can be made at 7:00 am. For non-Disney Resort guests, selections start at the park opening. These rides might be outside the tour window and are subject to availability.
  • Virtual Tours begin 30 minutes before the park opening
  • Start times may vary for each park

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Parties that do not cancel within the 48 hours will be charged 4 hours.
